Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, specifications, and work orders.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments to assess parts.
• Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hand and power tools.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in safety, housekeeping, and operational programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to operate machines, hand tools, and electrical equipment.
• Operational knowledge of automated machinery, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine repair skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Welding, machining, and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
