Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift (Open)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
2. Perform tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
3. Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4. Use hand tools and measuring instruments to determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts.
5. Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools.
6. Adhere to all plant safety policies and participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Typically possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to operate machines, hand tools, and electrical equipment.
• Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic troubleshooting experience and proven skills in machine repair.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Welding, machining, and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
