Maintenance Technician 2nd shift (Finance)

Description

Performs activities engaged in machine fabrication, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform tasks in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
2. Fabricates, installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment.
3. Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on high and low voltage power systems, drives, microprocessors, relay logic, and control wiring.
4. Replace defective parts, install special components, lubricate, and clean parts.
5. Maintain inventory of supplies and spare parts.
6. Read blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.
7. Train employees on safe repair methods following company safety protocols.
8. Install and repair manufacturing equipment, acting as plant expert.
9. Enforce plant safety regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 5 Years manufacturing experience
