This role works in cooperation with all departments in order to provide excellent customer service and meet customer needs. This position requires regular and recurrent attendance – minimum of 40 hours per week.**JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Conduct assigned preventative maintenance at regular intervals and fulfill recordkeeping.* Maintain plant property and grounds conditions, including storm damage, trash removal, and snow removal.* Make pick-ups and deliveries for maintenance team using company vehicles.* Perform minor electrical and other utilities installations.* Perform facility maintenance as needed.* Remove, replace, and/or repair building and equipment and their working components.* Support the operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating systems, ventilation systems and cooling systems.* Support the plant with all sanitation needs.* Follow standard operating procedures to ensure proper quality of work and efficiency.* This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.## Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):*** Six months or more of related work experience required.
