• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance at regular intervals.
• Maintain plant property, grounds, and handle storm/snow removal.
• Make pickups and deliveries for maintenance using company vehicles.
• Support boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating and ventilation systems.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.

This role works in cooperation with all departments in order to provide excellent customer service and meet customer needs. This position requires regular and recurrent attendance – minimum of 40 hours per week.JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct assigned preventative maintenance at regular intervals and fulfill recordkeeping.Maintain plant property and grounds conditions, including storm damage, trash removal, and snow removal.Make pick-ups and deliveries for maintenance team using company vehicles.Perform minor electrical and other utilities installations.Perform facility maintenance as needed.Remove, replace, and/or repair building and equipment and their working components.Support the operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, heating systems, ventilation systems and cooling systems.Support the plant with all sanitation needs.Follow standard operating procedures to ensure proper quality of work and efficiency.This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):Six months or more of related work experience required.
