Maintenance Technician

Glen-Gery, a leading brick manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Adel, IA plant. The role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment.

Position Details:

• Second shift available

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Utilize mechanical, welding, fabrication skills, blueprint reading, basic carpentry, and math skills.
• Maintain a wide variety of heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a technical school or university preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of industrial environment experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding.
