Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing automated production equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery to maximize equipment uptime and meet production requirements.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting involving motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, sensors, servo systems, and temperature controls.
• Complete equipment setups, adjustments, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately and efficiently.
• Support equipment reliability through condition monitoring, thermography, lubrication, defect elimination, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and increase productivity, quality, and safety.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safely operate forklifts and high-lift equipment as required.
