Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certifications related to Mechanical fabrication, welding, electrical or PLC preferred.
• Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance scheduling and inventory.
• PLC knowledge and ladder logic troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical reliability of bulk handling packaging lines.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections and repairs.
• Schedule maintenance activities and manage work orders.
• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Continuous improvement through root cause elimination and 5S.
• Small capital projects and training operators on equipment use.
• Assist production operators with technical support as needed.
