Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience maintaining PM systems (LIMBLE or similar).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the preventive maintenance (PM) system and spare parts inventory.
- Perform furnace and equipment rebuilds to prevent downtime.
- Collect and analyze equipment data to identify improvements.
- Plan and execute maintenance repairs, coordinating with external providers.
- Support installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and facility systems.
- Lead assigned continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor performance and maintain training competency.
- Adhere to safety processes; promote ownership and accountability.
