Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 20 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to maintain a 28-unit apartment community in Montague, CA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values creating a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.

What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in good working condition.
• Maintain the grounds and landscaping to support strong curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate vendors and order supplies with the Property Manager.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
• Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance situations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• General building maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• General groundskeeping and landscaping experience.

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging, and app functionality (usage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license required.
