Base pay range

$39.00/hr - $39.00/hr

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client in Monticello, WI. This is an opportunity to join a leader in the food manufacturing industry, known for its high-quality dairy and Hispanic food products.

• Location: Monticello, WI
• Pay: Up to $39/hour + $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Shifts Available:
• 1:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday–Friday (Rotating Weekends)
• 5:00pm – 2:00am, Monday–Friday (Rotating Weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and VFDs
• Maintain accurate records and follow sanitation program guidelines
• Collaborate with management and production to prioritize repairs and parts sourcing
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in all maintenance activities
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and process systems
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, carpentry, and plumbing
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and maintenance procedures
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cool, wet environments
