Job description

* Maintains and services production equipment to keep in good working order* Technical knowledge of how to efficiently operate, service, and repair all production equipment.* Proficient at troubleshooting and adjusting the production operating equipment* Skilled in the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aspects on equipment.* Maintains a safe working environment to comply with safety and Food Safety standards consistently throughout the day.* Participate in the QRMP yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.* Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the factory accountability list to achieve targeted RCR.* Other duties as assigned* Physical - Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Screenings/Assessments* Social - Paid Time Off, Company Holidays, Leave of Absence, Recognition, Training* Emotional – Employee Assistance Program , Wellbeing Programs, Family Support Programs* Financial – 401k, Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Disability**INCLUSION MATTERS TO US****Everyone is welcome at our table.
