Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair on all production machinery in a timely manner.
• Schedule machine downtime with Production Manager to limit non-productive time.
• Obtain technical support as required to assist in maintenance tasks.
• Request purchase of repair materials to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance.
• Maintain detailed repair history for each machine.
• Ensure adequate inventory of repair items is maintained.
• Properly handle all materials and equipment to prevent damage.
