Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Gillette Monument Clinic on 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday). You will perform basic maintenance duties, repairs, and routine tasks across facility systems, maintaining logs and completing work orders.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Text alerts and responding to generators running.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.

• Maintains equipment; performs minor repairs using power and hand tools.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changes, drywall maintenance.
• Maintains logs; performs rounds; completes work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads and transmits detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Job Summary

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a 1st shift 7am to 3:30 pm M-F schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.
• Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
• Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience
