Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role runs from 11pm to 7:30am, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $20 to $25 per hour and shift differential.

Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance duties, assisting in routine repairs, maintaining equipment, and conducting rounds and inspections. Applicants should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring.
• Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Generator monitoring – remote notification system.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Summary
