Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for UNC Rockingham Hospital on 1st shift (8:30am–5:00pm). The role entails performing basic maintenance, repairs, and rounds, ensuring equipment is kept in good condition, and handling minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Experience with generator monitoring and remote notifications.
• Experience with text alerts and responding to generators running.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Summary
