We are hosting an in-person hiring event:

• Dates: Thursday 5/29/25 9am to 5pm and Friday 5/30/25 9am to 1pm
• Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas – Campbell Centre, 8250 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206 (Scottsdale Room)

We are hiring immediately for full-time Maintenance Technicians, Facilities Painters, and Carpenters at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas, TX. Positions are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Job Summary

This is a 1st shift position (7am to 3:30pm, M-F). Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions including minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance duties and repairs.
• Assist with minor and routine repairs, maintain equipment, and perform inspections.
• Complete maintenance work orders and logs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow work order systems.
• Experience with drywall, flooring, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
