You will assist with installations and disassembly, troubleshoot malfunctions, support equipment upgrades, and participate in training to stay current with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plating machinery, tanks, rectifiers, and related equipment according to schedules and procedures.
• Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments on plating equipment while following safety protocols and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technician I and III to support development and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Assist in installations, disassembly, and assembly tasks as required by the maintenance team.
• Help maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, logs, and inventory.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and stay current with best practices.
• Support senior technicians in identifying opportunities for upgrades, modifications, or enhancements to improve efficiency and safety.
• Comply with safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization, ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly.

Description

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on plating machinery, tanks, rectifiers, and other equipment according to established schedules and maintenance procedures.

2. Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes of issues.

3. Perform basic repairs and adjustments on plating equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintenance standards.

4. Collaborate with Maintenance Technician I and III to support their development and enhance the efficiency of maintenance activities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Compensation $36.00 to $40.00 Hourly

$5k sign on bonus after 1 year of employment with requirements
