Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I/II in Lee, MA to sustain manufacturing and facility equipment across shifts. Qualifications

• Familiarity with CMMS and basic welding/fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and reports to document all performed tasks and equipment status.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
