This is more than routine maintenance. You’ll troubleshoot complex systems across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and HVAC equipment, directly impacting plant performance and operational success. Every repair and improvement you make supports a stronger, more reliable production environment.

Keep production moving by troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems, including CNC machines, hydraulic power units, and pumping systems
Diagnose and repair issues by disassembling equipment, replacing defective components, and rebuilding systems to restore performance
Support the shop floor by providing real‑time assistance to assembly lines, driving process improvements and solving technical challenges
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to reduce downtime
Complete electrical maintenance and basic HVAC troubleshooting, including motors, relays, chillers, compressors, and ventilation systems
High school diploma or GED, plus 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent heavy industry experience
Hands‑on mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
Experience with industrial tools and systems (e.g., pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC equipment, PLC troubleshooting, or similar)
One of the following: Millwright certification, Electrical certification, Journeyman license, E&I certification, or HVAC experience
Strong commitment to safety practices, including consistent use of PPE and a proven safe work record
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (CMMS or similar tools)
