Unknown Aerospace is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. The role focuses on installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to keep manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and basic PLC troubleshooting preferred.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situations
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Replace defective components and perform equipment adjustments
• Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed
• Maintain facility systems and equipment
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with industrial electrical systems
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• HVAC experience preferred
• Vacuum furnace experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred
• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform maintenance activities throughout the shift
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to meet applicable security screening requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
