Position Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 1st shift at our Oshkosh, WI location. The ideal candidate will:

1. Develop and implement routine preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment, such as drive belt inspection, bearing lubrication, and filter replacement.
2. Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs as needed.
3. Assess whether repairs should be done in-house or outsourced.
4. Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect fire extinguishers and eyewash stations.
5. Perform minor repairs to building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
6. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
7. Fabricate special tooling and guarding.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
10. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience with operation of equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, drill presses, and handheld tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
