Job summary

Sortera Alloys is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

You will inspect machinery, diagnose mechanical and pneumatic problems, use hand and power tools, keep accurate records, and follow safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference for industrial maintenance experience and the ability to provide your own tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, relevant skills and proven work experience in lieu of education
• 1+ year(s) in a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance repair techniques
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools. Must provide own hand tools
• Must be able to thoroughly complete paperwork/documents
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and advanced troubleshooting preferred
• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance is a plus
