Bodycote plc in Andover, MA is hiring a Maintenance Technician responsible for essential functions associated with heat treatment. The role includes implementing preventative maintenance, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment to meet customer specifications.
Successful candidates must have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and ability to satisfy ITAR compliance. This position offers a pay rate of $27-$37 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus.
This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on retention bonus!
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical; have the ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety-sensitive.
Based in Andover, MA the Maintenance Technician will perform essential job functions associate with heat treatment under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed.

The hourly pay range for this position is $27 – $37 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential.
