Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Maintenance Technician for their Oxford PA location. Multiple shifts are available (1st or 2nd), with compensation varying based on shift.

For 70 years, this company has grown from a single plant to a specialty lumber/wood production treater, with 10 manufacturing plants and a nationwide network of distributors. They are fast-growing and offer plenty of opportunities for career growth and upward mobility.

Compensation: $22.00-35.00/hour (day shift); night shift receives a $2.00/hour shift differential

Shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:00AM-4:30PM
• 2nd Shift - 4:00PM-2:30AM

What You Will Do:

• Maintain machinery and equipment (mechanical and electrical components), ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, conveyors, hydraulic units, burners, mobile equipment) and electrical systems (breaker boxes, sensors, lighting).
• Complete work orders and respond promptly to operational issues.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs and keep accurate records.
• Install new equipment, including wiring and piping, working with motors, pumps, bearings, and chains.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and collaborate with engineers.
• Proactively diagnose and repair issues using PM and inspection tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Education and Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of U.S. Military experience (mechanical/electrical MOS) required.
• At least 2 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, including cutting, grinding, and welding.
• Knowledge of bearings, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to identify and replace worn parts.
