Schedule Options : 1st and / or 2nd shift

Overview :

Looking for an HIM Technician / Medical Records Clerk to assist with medical records at a large health system!

Position Responsibilities :

• The HIM Technician performs clerical / technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures.
• This could include the retrieval, preparation, scanning, imagining, filing, quality review and indexing of paper documents.
• The HIM Technician is skilled with operating equipment and with the detailed technical aspects of their assigned duties.

Qualifications :

• Proven technical abilities (comfortable using a computer, scanning machine, navigating between multiple applications)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Proven track record of strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
