Job summary

Aerotek in Atlanta, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery, blow mold equipment, and facility systems. This onsite contract role requires safety compliance and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities include installing and servicing blow mold lines, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, pumps, and conveyors; reading blueprints, diagnosing root causes, and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatics repair.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintenance repair.
• Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, HVAC, and conveyor systems.
• Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, motors, VFDs, and ladder logic.
• Experience with hand tools and installation processes.

• Receive instructions on specific job tasks from the Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment, and the facility. You will ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards as well as with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.

Pay

$30-$38/Hour

Work Environment

The work environment involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts in a production setting. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Shift times are as follows: 1st (7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.), 2nd (3 p.m.-11:30 p.m.), 3rd (11 p.m.-7:30 a.m.).

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
