Graphic Packaging International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install manufacturing equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Location Kendallville, IN; Schedule 12-hour shifts, 3-2-2-3 rotation, evenings and weekends required.

Pay ranges from $33.43 to $40.92 per hour, with a $1.65/hour night shift premium. Benefits start the first of the month after hire, including life insurance, disability, health, 401(k) with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Certificate in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Install, maintain, and improve manufacturing machinery and facility systems.
• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.
• Follow all safety procedures.
