Job summary

Revance is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Johnson City, TN manufacturing plant. This role operates on a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule (7PM–7AM) and requires strong electrical troubleshooting, PLCs and VFDs experience, and familiarity with HVAC/building automation.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a technical certificate, and experience with hydraulics/pneumatics, instrument loops, and reading electrical drawings. cgMP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years technical electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs.
• Familiarity with HVAC controls and building automation systems.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge and electrical controls.
• Instrument loops and metrology exposure.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• cgMP practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Support HVAC controls and building automation Systems.
• Work with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and electrical control systems.
• Calibrate instruments and apply metrology practices.
• Repair electrical or mechanical failures in production equipment and facilities.
• Install and commission new or used packaging/manufacturing equipment.
• Apply 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting in motor controls.
• Perform basic metal fabrication/welding when needed.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, flow diagrams, and shop math.
• Adhere to cgMP practices.

Must be able to plan and execute work to meet crucial deadlines, efficiently serving our clients and contributing to the success of Crown.

• Schedule: 2-2-3 12 hour Shifts 7PM-7AM
• Troubleshoot and modify Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical control systems and instrument loops
• Basic knowledge of instrument calibrations and Metrology practices
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical or mechanical failure of production machines and facilities equipment

• Ability to solve practical problems
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Documentation, ADP, and ability to use internet tools.
