Amcor is seeking an Industrial Maintenance position in North Carolina. Responsibilities include routine and preventative maintenance of production equipment, emergency repairs, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and assisting with spare parts inventory and training.

Qualifications

• ISO and SQF knowledge required.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience needed.
• Familiarity with forklift, manlift and crane operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as described (lifting, standing, walking).

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of production equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of ISO and SQF
• Previous Industrial Maintenance Required
• Forklift, manlift, and crane operation
• Medium Work: Up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 20 lbs frequently; 10 lbs constantly to move objects
• Repetitive Motion
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching,
• Reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting,
• Fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Routine Maintenance of production equipment

Perform preventative maintenance of production equip

Perform emergency repairs as directed by supervisor

Assist supervisor in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, \pneumatic, and hydraulic machinery

Assist with updates on spare parts inventory

Assist in machine test runs

Effectively communicate with all others

Safety and Housekeeping

Assist in training others

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $25.00 per hour; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $25.00 per hourand $38.00 per hour
