Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Kansas is seeking a capable manufacturing worker to perform manual tasks, operate a scissor lift and forklift, and follow safety policies. Candidates must read and write in English and have basic computer skills.

You will interpret machine prints, use hand and power tools, and work with Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Plumbing systems, participating in training and team initiatives to maintain safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to drive and operate a scissor Lift and fork truck.
• Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned.
• Work In a safe manner in accordance to federal and company policies.
• Must have knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash.
• Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to work as a team.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Attend department and plant meeting and training.
• Ability to read and interpret machine prints.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have familiarity with most hand and power tools.
• Must have experience with the following, but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Plumbing.
