Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a two-year vocational maintenance training program or apprenticeship emphasizing industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical and electrical skills.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, drawings, and service manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, 5S-oriented workplace.
• Identify potential issues causing downtime and propose preventive actions.
• Order repair parts and manage inventory for maintenance needs.
• Assist other Maintenance Technicians as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
