Job summary

Reschcor in Bristol, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our 26-line extrusion production facility running. You will perform preventative maintenance, support equipment installations, and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires independent troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems, adherence to OSHA, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Experience in Equipment/Facilities Maintenance.
• Experience in industrial troubleshooting (hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase power and PLCs)
• High level analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and diagnostic skills.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns during production and complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Track inventory supplies and communicate low-stock levels to ensure timely reordering.
• Follow OSHA regulations and proactively identify, address, and report unsafe conditions.
• Safely work with and troubleshoot up to 480V electrical systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Provide and maintain the tools necessary to perform maintenance responsibilities.

As our Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our 26-line extrusion production facility, keeping our vital equipment running at peak performance. You will do more than just fix machines; you will perform preventative maintenance, support equipment installations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with Production and Engineering teams. This role emphasizes independent troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
