Job summary

EPS, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our production facility. You will perform, document, and schedule preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems, ensuring reliability and uptime.

This hands-on role requires problem-solving, teamwork, and strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems. You'll collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams, plan spare parts, train operators, and support installations or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or industry certification in electro-mechanical discipline.
• 2+ years of equipment repair experience in extrusion, plastics, automotive, or industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with extrusion, plastics, and downstream equipment preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilledMaintenance Technician to join our production facility team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing, documenting, and scheduling maintenance tasks on manufacturing and support equipment. Your work will directly impact equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall output.

This position is hands-on and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
