Job summary

Reschcor in Bristol, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep a 26-line extrusion facility running smoothly. You will perform preventative maintenance, support installations, and contribute to continuous improvement with Production and Engineering teams.

The role requires troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems with a safety-first mindset. You will respond to breakdowns, read blueprints, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Equipment/Facilities Maintenance.
• Experience in industrial troubleshooting (hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase power and PLCs).
• High level analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and diagnostic skills.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns during production and complete scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Track inventory supplies and communicate low-stock levels to ensure timely reordering.
• Follow OSHA regulations and proactively identify, address, and report unsafe conditions.
• Safely work with and troubleshoot up to 480V electrical systems.
