John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, a third-generation family-owned producer and distributor of meat and cheese, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Womelsdorf, PA. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support a cross-functional team in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires standing/walking most of the day and lifting up to 50 lbs, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 2nd Shift, Womelsdorf, PA

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of both Planned and Unplanned Maintenance to ensure the plant operates at a high level of efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

We have a great work-life balance, a 45 to 50-hour work week, no Sunday work, and a few days of Saturday work. You will work with both mechanical and electrical systems.You will be part of a cross-functional Team.Effective verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills are needed.Good organizational and time management skills. A dependable, self-motivated individual who is able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a positive attitude, willing to learn & grow with the Team and Company.Ability to work from Equipment Manuals and verbal instructions.Maintain a clean and safe work environment; safety is a priority.
