Job summary

LV Property Management is hiring Maintenance Technicians for two luxury apartment communities in Kenosha or Somers, Wisconsin. These well-maintained properties value resident service, teamwork, and quality maintenance, with opportunities to contribute to high occupancy and swift response times.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, carpentry and painting; complete turns; perform preventative maintenance; document work orders; and

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Maintain common areas and amenities to the high standards expected within luxury communities.
• Accurately document work orders using a mobile work order system.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and fellow team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with your maintenance team.

Job description

LV Property Management is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians for two luxury apartment communities located in Kenosha or Somers, Wisconsin. These are beautiful, well-maintained communities where resident service, teamwork, and quality maintenance are valued every day.

Community assignments will be discussed during the interview process based on overall fit.

The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to complete rehabilitation of the vacant apartments, service requests and other maintenance issues as quickly and efficiently as possible to promote high occupancy rates and excellent response times. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a demonstrable commitment to customer service.

Salary Range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour plus bonus!
