The role supports a healthcare campus consisting of multiple buildings on the same site, providing a stable work environment with no travel required between locations.
This is a day‑shift position working from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with participation in a flexible on‑call rotation approximately once per month. Candidates should have experience with general building maintenance, work orders, and CMMS systems, as well as the ability to work independently in a healthcare setting. A valid driver's license is required, as there may be opportunities to operate a company vehicle while supporting facility operations.
