As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthcare campus consisting of four buildings, supporting building systems, industrial equipment, and overall facility operations. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and is responsible for providing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and support for equipment and systems. A valid driver's license is required as occasional local travel may be needed to pick up parts or support a nearby facility.
This position primarily operates on a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation of one week every four weeks and occasional overtime opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC preventive maintenance, basic electrical repairs, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance, while being willing to learn and grow within a healthcare environment.
