CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to mid-size buildings, performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and system checks across sites in the surrounding area. You will travel using a company vehicle, follow safety and building codes, review work orders, and assist with equipment installation and modification, reporting to the same location each morning.

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This position reports to the same location each morning and utilizes a company-provided vehicle to travel to various sites within the surrounding area to perform maintenance and repair work. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screening (including marijuana), motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and a pre-employment physical. CBRE provides a company vehicle with a gas card, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), a company phone, tablet, and all tools necessary to perform the job.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation of one week approximately every eight weeks.
