Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician for Highland Ridge in Williamsburg, IA. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe and well-maintained for residents, with duties spanning buildings, grounds and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assignments may include: floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, pools and other projects.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies and best practices.
