TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm, seeks a Maintenance Technician for Falconhurst & Crescent properties (66 total units). You will perform inspections, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance with pride in the community.
Under the Community Manager, you will handle vacancy prep, on-call responses, and various trades including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. A strong safety mindset and valid driver license are required.

After 90 days of employment, employees can opt in to flex their schedule to work four 10 hour shifts or Tuesday – Saturday each week.

We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Maintenance Technician to our Falconhurst & Crescent properties with a combined 66 units. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the performing inspections and basic repairs or preventative maintenance. To do well in this role you will display pride in your work and enjoy day-to-day maintenance problem-solving using your skills and various hand and power tools.
The Maintenance Technician takes pride in the community and motivates others to do the same.
Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
This position is very active, with occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 80 pounds. Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasional outside weather condition exposure. This job may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours, to support emergency repairs.
