We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Maintenance Technician for our Grandview Pointe properties with a combined 54 units.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing inspections and basic repairs or preventative maintenance on Grandview Pointe properties with a combined 54 units. The role requires pride in work, day‑to‑day maintenance problem solving, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
The Maintenance Technician takes pride in the community and motivates others to do the same.This position is very active, with occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 80 pounds. Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasional outside weather condition exposure. This job may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours, to support emergency repairs.
