Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Join our team as aMaintenance Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production and facility equipment. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery to support our business objectives in a safe and productive environment.

What you will do:

What we're looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent.

3–5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience with CNC machines.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and ability to work under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to useAItools to improve productivity, decision‑making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs.

Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and PLC programming.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
