Banner Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for The Faywell in Wheaton, IL. The role encompasses appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance to keep the community well-maintained.

You'll work with the Maintenance Supervisor, participate in on-site safety, and support grounds care with occasional snow removal. On-call rotation and a strong focus on responsive service are key.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of residential property maintenance or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
• HVAC certification, CPO license, and/or CAMT designation a plus.
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking work orders.

• Perform general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with vendors as needed.
• Handle grounds care; assist with snow removal when necessary.

THE FAYWELL - MAINTENANCE TECH Full Time Full-Time The Faywell, Wheaton, IL, US

Salary Range: $22.50 To $26.00 Hourly

Location: The Faywell, Wheaton, IL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday; Weekend availability and on-call rotation required.

Hourly Rate: $22.50- $26.00, based on experience; $150 weekly on-call bonus
