Randstad USA in Westwood, MA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced industrial facility on the 2nd shift (4 PM–12 AM) with overtime and weekend requirements. Compensation ranges from $62,000 to $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, perform preventative maintenance, assist with system installations, and fabricate custom fixtures.

Qualifications

• Experience with gears, gear ratios, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Practical wiring and circuits experience (including three-phase).
• Ability to weld, fabricate, and perform basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
• Assist with system installation, including plumbing air/water lines and three-phase electrical work.
• Design, fabricate, and construct fixtures to optimize production.

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced facility in Westwood. This is more than a repair job—it’s an opportunity to become an expert in complex industrial machinery. Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM tasks to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
• System Installation: Plumb and install air/water lines; assist with electrical circuit maintenance (including three-phase).
• Custom Fabrication: Utilize welding and carpentry skills to design and construct specialized fixtures to optimize production.
• Operational Excellence: Read and interpret work instructions, safety manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all repairs meet industrial standards.
