Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Arbor Terrace Willistown in West Chester, PA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, supporting a safe, welcoming home for residents.

You will perform painting, small repairs, and preventative maintenance, working with the Maintenance Director and the team. Strong hands-on skills, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on work style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Team player who takes direction well.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents by painting and completing small repairs.
• Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and preventative maintenance.
• Use handyman skills to troubleshoot and fix common maintenance issues.
• Keep tools and supplies organized, stocked, and ready for use.
