Joseph Property Development in West Allis, WI, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform property repairs and prepare units for occupancy. The role requires coordinating with third-party vendors, estimating time, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

You will oversee contractors, respond to after-hours emergencies, maintain inventory, and ensure safety. The position is in-person with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, and requires a valid driver's license.
