Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Waterloo, IN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; diagnose failures; read electrical schematics and blueprints; install and commission new equipment; and maintain records in CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Install, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Complete work orders and maintain CMMS maintenance records.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
