Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and automated production equipment.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and automated machinery.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation using CMMS software.
